Go To - Remote Computer Access

This service allows a user to remotely access a computer, from anywhere to anywhere, via the internet.  This is a great solution for user to work from home.  The home computer can be a PC or Mac.  Our concerns about anti virus and operating system are not as big of a deal as when connecting over a VPN.  This is secure, easily setup, and ready to go in minutes.

How it works

There is a small application that runs on the PC that will be remotely accessed.  That program connects to our cloud portal.  The user then has credentials, including two factor authentication,  that they use to connect to our cloud portal.  Via that common cloud portal connection, the user can then connect to and control the remote computer.

We can limit the access, by user, to one more specific remote computers that they can access.  We can also give different users different privileges, such as drag and drop file sharing from their local PC or printing.

What is the cost?

This service is currently available for $5.00 per remote user per month.  We will also be billing for our time for the initial setup and support.

What is needed to make this work?

Two things are required; 1.) A laptop or PC at work to connect to and 2.) A laptop or PC at home or outside of the office to make the connection.  That is all that is needed.  You will need one PC or laptop in the office for every concurrent connection you would like to establish from outside of the office.  Oh yeah, and both ends will require internet.
