If you are using our Hosted PBX phone system, you should be ready to start using the included video calling and conference calling features.  Let us know if you need any assistance with setup, configuration or training.

If you are using any of our hosted Microsoft Office Applications you should also be ready to start using video calls or conferencing.

A video call is a one-on-one conversation using video and voice.  A video conference call is between multiple users all sharing video and voice.
